Abstract
利用硅烷改性聚醚预聚物(MS)作为主体材料,制备了一种低模量MS密封胶,分别考查填料、增塑剂及催化剂对该密封胶力学性能的影响.结果表明,将纳米碳酸钙与重质碳酸钙按一定比例混合使用,密封胶的伸长率更为优越,模量低;随着基础聚合物黏度增大,密封胶拉伸强度降低,断裂伸长率也增大;增塑剂量达到15%~20%,催化剂量为0.2%时性能较为优异,柔性最好,模量较低.
