Abstract
以地黄多糖脱色率和多糖保留率为评价指标,在单因素实验的基础上,采用响应面法优化地黄多糖双氧水法脱色工艺条件,并对纯化后的地黄多糖进行了抗氧化实验,评价其抗氧化活性.结果表明,最优脱色工艺条件为:双氧水与地黄粗多糖体积比为2.0:1、脱色温度43℃、pH值8.2、脱色时间116 min,在此条件下,地黄多糖脱色率为88.03%,多糖保留率为77.56%;纯化后的地黄多糖具有较高的抗氧化活性.
