Abstract
荧光嗜铁素在环境治理、农业、临床和工业等领域应用广泛.为提高荧光嗜铁素的产量,采用荧光光度法测定菌株P11的荧光嗜铁素表达量,通过单因素实验优化培养基碳源、培养基pH值、培养基Fe3+浓度、发酵温度和发酵时间等,得到产荧光嗜铁素菌株P11的最优发酵工艺:在以琥珀酸钠作为唯一碳源、pH值为6.5、不加铁离子的培养基中,30℃发酵14 h.在此条件下,菌株P11的荧光嗜铁素表达量最高.
