非洲加纳籽乙醇提取物的生物活性研究

Abstract
采用MTT法研究了非洲加纳籽乙醇提取物的抗肝癌活性,并研究了其对DPPH自由基的清除能力.结果表明,加纳籽95％乙醇提取物对肝癌细胞SMMC7721和Be17402具有较好的抑制活性,IC50值分别为(124.05士11.35)μg·mL-1和(157.05士3.94)μg·mL-1;不同浓度乙醇提取的加纳籽乙醇提取物对DPPH自由基的清除能力均明显强于Vc.该研究可为非洲加纳籽的生物活性研究及生物活性成分的分离提供参考.
