Abstract
设计了一种3D打印用碳纤维/丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯三元共聚物(ABS)复合材料,此材料具有质轻、高强的特点.采用自制碳纤维上浆剂对碳纤维集束性和表面浸润性进行改进,可以使碳纤维与ABS树脂有良好的结合性.选用高流动的ABS树脂,并优选表面相容剂和润滑剂可以降低碳纤维/ABS复合物的表面粗糙性.这种质轻高强的碳纤维/ABS复合材料更适用于连续的3D打印.
