氨基卟啉和多壁碳纳米管改性三聚氰胺-尿素-甲醛树脂/石蜡微胶囊的制备

Abstract
以三聚氰胺-尿素-甲醛树脂为壳材,石蜡为芯材,多羟基超支化多壁碳纳米管和氨基卟啉为改性剂,通过原位-界面聚合法制备了石蜡相变微胶囊.采用了红外光谱、差示量热、紫外光谱和扫描电镜对微胶囊进行了表征.结果表明:氨基卟啉和多壁碳纳米管改性的石蜡相变微胶囊表面光滑,粒径约为0.5~1μm;起始相变温度47.87℃,相变峰52.78℃,潜热达107.06J/g;对可见光有吸收,其中427nm处的强吸收峰为卟啉的Soret带吸收峰,522、564、596和657nm为卟啉的Q带吸收峰.因此微胶囊具有良好的热性能与光敏性质.
