V掺杂CaZrO3反射颜料的制备及性能研究

Abstract
以固相反应法合成新型黄色颜料CaZr09V0.1O3.利用X射线衍射仪对样品的晶体结构进行表征,借助紫外-可见-近红外分光光度计测试合成颜料的近红外反射率和颜色参数.通过能带理论和电子跃迁假说分析颜料对光的吸收机理.结果表明:CaZrO3掺杂V后,合成颜料的近红外反射率为95.88%,颜料的带隙由3.88eV减小为3.84eV;颜料CaZr0.9V0.1O3色相处在CIEL*a*b*标准的黄色区域,并且色彩饱和度由CaZrO3颜料的10.28增加为34.97,明度由90.71增加为93.66;CaZrO3掺杂V后,颜色变得更深更亮.
