PA-6/碳纤维复合材料性能研究

Abstract
采用熔融共混法制备出了PA-6/碳纤维复合材料,研究了碳纤维对复合材料性能的影响;利用扫描电镜(SEM)分析了PA-6/碳纤维复合材料的断面形貌.结果表明:加入碳纤维后,PA-6的熔融指数降低;处理过的碳纤维与PA-6基体间界面粘结性较好,使得PA-6的冲击强度有所增加,拉伸强度、弯曲模量及力学性能的稳定性显著提升,吸水性明显降低.
