Abstract
以硫脲(TU)为非金属掺杂物,TiO2-P25为原料,经浸渍-焙烧制备出S,N-TiO2,而后通过水热合成出CdS/S,N-TiO2复合光催化剂.催化剂的分析结果表明,S是以S6+的形式取代了TiO2晶格中的Ti4+,形成了S6+的阳离子掺杂,N则形成了O-Ti-N的结构,S和N的掺杂改变了TiO2的电子结构,使其吸收边红移约10nm,电荷分离效率提高.可见光催化分解硫化氢制氢结果表明,CdS/S,N-TiO2催化性能明显改善,CdS/S,N-TiO2-2/1-600-1/2-240复合催化剂的催化分解硫化氢分解产氢速率可达62.24mL/h,CdS/S,N-TiO2-2/1-600-1/2-240复合催化剂在不同pH值溶液中的产氢性能明显优于未掺杂的CdS/TiO2复合催化剂.
