Abstract
以茶渣为原料制备吸水树脂,在单因素实验基础上,采用Plackett-Burman实验筛选出交联剂用量、 超声交联时间与NaOH溶液浓度为显著影响茶渣吸水树脂吸水倍率的因素;通过Box-Behnken Design响应面实验得到最佳工艺为:交联剂用量0.06 g、超声交联时间52 min、NaOH溶液质量分数35%,最佳工艺条件下茶渣吸水树脂的吸水倍率的实验值为43.78 g·g-1,与理论预测值44.77 g·g-1的相对误差为2.21%,差别不大.采用该方法优化出的茶渣吸水树脂的制备工艺稳定可靠.
