Abstract
利用超高效液相色谱-四级杆-静电场轨道阱联用技术(UPLC-Q-Exactive Orbitrap-MS)得到各成分精确的分子量和二级质谱碎片信息,对栀子水提液中的成分进行结构推测和鉴定.采用ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18色谱柱(150 mm×2.1 mm,1.7μm),以乙腈-0.1％甲酸水溶液进行梯度洗脱,流速:0.3 mL/min,柱温:40℃.质谱采用电喷雾离子源(ESI),正负离子监测模式.结果从栀子水提液中检测出了54种化学成分,鉴定了44种化学成分的结构,为进一步研究栀子的药理活性和临床用药奠定物质基础.
