气雾化制备CoNiCrAlY合金粉末

Abstract
采用气雾化技术制备了CoNiCrAlY合金粉末,同时对合金熔炼过程中的成分变化,雾化参数对粉末的粒度、形貌和微观组织进行了分析研究.结果表明:气雾化过程中元素Y的烧损量最大,通过采用NiY中间合金熔炼,可以明显减少Y的烧损率.提高合金熔体温度温度有利于获得更细的粉末.合金粉末呈球形,平均粒度为40μm;合金粉末颗粒组织由α+γ双相组成;粉末的松装密度为4.2 g/cm3,粉末的流动性为22 s/50 g.
