Abstract
通过改变MCA用量,研究了MCA阻燃尼龙66的微观性能与宏观性能的关系.结果表明,随着MCA用量的提升,MCA片层重叠团聚现象明显,使MCA的分解峰值逐步升高,但PA66树脂的分解峰值先降低后稳定;MCA的加入可以起到异相成核的作用,提升材料的结晶温度.当MCA用量从6％提升至20％,材料的10 h烘烤黄变△E(120℃)可以由9.56降低到6.12,降低35.98％,而材料的熔指呈现先提升后降低的趋势.
