Abstract
醋酸酯淀粉因其糊液透明度佳、 成膜柔软光亮、 耐折度和耐磨度高,可应用于淀粉降解塑料及食品包装材料等方面.探讨木薯淀粉乙酰化过程中各因素对反应效果的影响,通过单因素分析,确定四因素三水平,利用正交实验得出最佳反应条件:醋酸酐加量9.0％、pH为8.5、 反应时间1.8 h、 反应温度31℃,此条件下产品的乙酰基含量为3.71％,产品性能大幅提升,提高其在工业及食品行业中的应用范围.
