水性脱模剂的制备及性能研究

Abstract
以二甲基硅油为主要原料,通过复配乳化剂、 消泡剂等组分经乳化制得水性脱模剂.探讨了搅拌速度、 乳化温度、乳化浓度和乳化时间对产品稳定性的影响,结果表明当搅拌速度大于10000 r/min、 乳化温度在80℃、 乳化浓度为5％、 乳化时间为15 min时,水性脱模剂稳定性最高,50℃高温储层稳定性为60天,常温储层稳定性为6个月.将最终制备的水性脱模剂用于预制构件地铁管片中发现,水性脱模剂不仅具有优异的脱模效果,还可以有效低消除管片气泡.
