中药川芎乙醇提取工艺的正交试验研究

Abstract
古方记载中川芎具有美白功效,主要含有酸性成分、挥发油和含氮化合物,具有活血化瘀、行气开郁、祛风止痛等功效,通过乙醇提取法,以酪氨酸酶活性抑制率为考察目标,使用分光光度法测定吸光度,对提取因素进行正交试验,结果当料液比为1∶20,乙醇浓度为80％、提取次数为2次、提取时间为3h时,川芎提取物对酪氨酸酶活性的抑制率最高,为最佳提取工艺.
