Abstract
采用超声波的方法来提取南瓜多糖.通过设计单因素实验以及对超声提取中超声提取时间、超声时间、超声功率及超声温度的控制,得到使用超声波提取南瓜多糖的最佳条件:预浸时间为10 min,超声温度为70℃,超声功率为175 W,超声时间为20 min.在这种条件下提取量可以达到43.63 mg/g.
