石墨界面层对层状ZrB2-SiCn陶瓷烧结性能和力学性能的影响

Abstract
添加纳米SiC粉体,采用流延-热压烧结工艺制备出层状ZrB2-纳米SiC/石墨(ZrB2-SiCn/Cg)超高温陶瓷.与热压烧结制备的单相ZrB2-SiCn陶瓷相比(弯曲强度为53 MPa,断裂韧性为2.7 MPa·m1/2),石墨界面层的加入有效避免了试样开裂.制备的层状ZrB2-SiCn/Cg陶瓷弯曲强度和断裂韧性分别为390 MPa和11.67 MPa·m1/2,断裂韧性提高显著.层状ZrB2-SiCn/Cg超高温陶瓷性能优异,被归因为石墨界面层对内应力的吸收,同时能够抑制SiC颗粒的异常长大.
