Abstract
在生产N41丁腈橡胶乳液时,考察了聚合反应单体转化率随反应时问的变化,测定了乳液的粒径、黏度、表面张力和机械稳定性等性能.试验结果表明:随着转化率的升高,乳液的粒径、黏度和表面张力逐渐升高,机械稳定性逐渐降低;当转化率为80％时,乳液的各项性能最佳.
