Abstract
建立了气相色谱-质谱联用仪法测定含氟橡胶中全氟辛酸含量的方法.样品用10mL甲醇超声提取45min,冷却至室温,加入1.0mL甲醇,滴加5～7D乙酰氯衍生试剂,密封后置于60℃超声水浴衍生60min,取下萃取瓶冷却.加入6.0mL水和5.0mL正己烷,充分摇匀萃取,取上层有机相过0.45μm滤膜,上机分析.该方法全氟辛酸的检出限可达0.48mg·kg-1,相对标准偏差为3.5％.线性方程的相关系数r=0.999,回收率为90％～93.7％.该方法提取时间短,提取效率高,衍生步骤简单,适用性强.
