Abstract
本文采用熔盐电解的方法,以等质量比的LiCl-KCl为电解质,电解制备Cu-Er合金.利用循环伏安法、方波伏安法、计时电位法和开路计时电位法,研究Cu(II)、Er(III)在钨电极和铜电极的电化学行为,得到熔盐电解制备Cu-Er合金的电化学机理.最后以铜为工作电极,在-2.20V条件下恒电位电解3h,制备了含有CuEr和Cu2Er5相的Cu-Er合金.
