Abstract
本实验研究板蓝根淀粉含量与其活性成分的相关性,已检验"粉性大者为佳"的适用性.采用分光光度法测定淀粉含量.采用高效液相法(HPLC)测定(R,S)-告依春,靛蓝,靛玉红含量,并对所测数据进行相关性分析.结果表明板蓝根中淀粉含量与其活性成分无相关性,板蓝根中的淀粉含量过高会影响活性成分的积累.
