Abstract
采用微波消解前处理的方法对高糖食品、应用原子荧光法对高糖食品中的砷和汞含量进行研究,实验讨论了酸的浓度、还原剂的浓度对测定砷和汞的影响.实验确定了测定不同元素的仪器最佳的工作条件,所测得的标准曲线:砷:If=246.0299×C-18.9921,r=0.9999;汞:If=2788.3988×C-12.8953,r=0.9999.检出限为砷0.023μg·L-1,汞0.0052μg·L-1.
