HPO法合成羟胺用催化剂及性能评价

Abstract
采用沉积沉淀法制备10％Pd/C催化剂,考察了活性炭载体改性方法及不同助剂对催化剂性能的影响.结果表明,增加表面含氧基团的改性手段均能提高催化剂性能,硝酸和双氧水的效果最好;助剂Fe、Ni可以提高催化剂性能,当Fe的添加量为3％时,催化剂表现出较佳的催化性能,羟胺的生成速率可达24.9 g NH2 OH/(gPd·h-1).
