Abstract
本文通过静电纺丝技术制备了PET膜, 利用X射线衍射对其退火膜的结晶性能进行了测定.实验结果表明, 纺丝浓度升高, 接受板距离减小, 退火温度提高, 退火时间延长均有利于提高PET静电纺丝膜的结晶程度.当纺丝室湿度为50%, 温度为35℃, 纺丝液浓度为20%, 纺丝电压为35KV, 纺丝接收距离为10cm, PET静电纺丝膜在190℃退火6小时后, PET退火膜的结晶性能表现最佳.
