以1,3-二甲基金刚烷为起始原料,经过溴代反应、Ritter反应、碱性水解和成盐得到高纯度的盐酸美金刚,产物总收率为82％,GC纯度 ≥99.9％,其结构经过1H NMR、13C NMR和元素分析表征.本工艺反应条件温和,后处理操作简便,适合于工业化生产.
