永州车前子总黄酮提取工艺研究

Abstract
以永州车前子为研究对象,采用紫外分光光度法对永州车前子总黄酮提取率进行考察.对乙醇浓度、料液比、提取时间及提取次数进行单因素考察.通过正交试验得到车前子总黄酮最佳提取工艺:60％乙醇浓度、料液比1:30、提取时间120 min、提取次数2次.在此条件下考察不同采收时间车前子总黄酮提取率,最终确定九月份为车前子的最佳采收时间.
