Abstract
建立手持式拉曼快速鉴别部分头孢菌素类原料方法.方法:采用对照品建立拉曼光谱图库,用命中率指数(hit quality index,HQI)进行评价.结果:阳性样品HQI均大于0.98,阴性样品的HQI均小于0.90,420批样品验证鉴定正确率100％.结论:手持式拉曼光谱仪方法简便、准确,可以用于头孢菌素类企业生产快速鉴别.
