目的:测定注射用头孢替安中钠的含量;方法:采用原子吸收分光光度法(AAS)测定钠的含量;结果:该法测定的Na元素浓度在0.87～1.74μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为100.29％(n=9),RSD=0.58％;结论:采用原子吸收分光光度法测定注射用盐酸头孢替安样品中钠的含量,方法简便、准确.
