聚苯胺/凹凸棒纳米复合材料对活性艳红X-3B的吸附性能

Abstract
以盐酸为掺杂剂,过硫酸铵为氧化剂,通过原位聚合法制备了聚苯胺(PANI)/凹凸棒(ATP)纳米复合材料.用扫描电镜(SEM)和X射线衍射(XRD)对复合材料的结构进行表征,发现聚苯胺纳米颗粒包覆在棒状的凹凸棒表面形成纳米复合材料.以活性艳红X-3B水溶液为模拟染料废水,考察了吸附剂用量、吸附时间、pH值对吸附效果的影响,结果表明:该吸附剂具有很高的吸附速率,10min内染料的去除率可超过98%,当pH值=6-7时,吸附效果优异.
