微波负载AgNO3用于乙烯/乙烷分离的研究

Abstract
采用溶液浸渍法将AgNO3负载于细孔硅胶载体,并通过微波方式进行强化分散制备AgNO3/SiO2乙烯络合吸附剂,考察不同微波时间AgNO3/SiO2对乙烯/乙烷的分离效果.通过红外光谱(IR)、X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)对吸附剂进行表征.负载AgNO3后微波10min,在25℃,0.5MPa吸附条件下, AgNO3/SiO2吸附剂对乙烯的吸附量达到42.85mL/g,吸附选择系数提高至2.82,具有良好的工业应用前景.
