Abstract
以聚乙烯醇(PVA)为成膜剂制备了介孔材料SBA-15以及PT/SBA-15复合膜修饰电极,考察了其在肌红蛋白上的电化学行为,实验结果表明,SBA-15以及PT/SBA-15复合膜修饰电极对肌红蛋白都有一定的催化氧化作用,和SBA-15相比,PT/SBA-15复合膜修饰电极对Mb具有更好的催化性能;在相同的条件下,不同浓度的PT/SBA-15复合膜修饰电极对Mb具有不同的电催化作用,浓度大的效果更优.
