Abstract
2-苯乙醇(2-phenylethanol,PEA)是一种具有玫瑰香气的芳香醇,广泛应用于食品、化妆品和药品等领域.2-苯乙醇对酵母的抑制作用是生物法合成2-苯乙醇的主要瓶颈,本实验通过紫外诱变技术对酿酒酵母AS2.516进行诱变育种,筛选获得了一株2-苯乙醇耐受性和产量均有明显提高的菌株 XZ -33,转化合成2 -苯乙醇浓度达到3.55 g/L,比原始菌株提高了19.5%,摩尔转化率达到95.7%.
