Abstract
Waters超高效合相色谱(Ultra Performance Convergence Chromatography,UPC2)作为近几年热门研究的分析仪器和热门话题,结合了超临界流体色谱(SFC)和超高效液相色谱(UPLC)的技术优点,具有分离效果好,分析时间大大缩短,溶剂绿色环保,成本低等优点,在生物医药,石油化工,食品行业使用广泛.因此对于UPC2的分析方法建立也突显重要.本文在对UPC2原理及应用进展简述的同时,对此仪器的分析方法建立做了详细的总结.
