千里光S scandens Buch.-Ham是一味常用中药,具有清热解毒、明目退翳、杀虫止痒、散瘀消肿等功效,千里光中含有黄酮类、有机酸类、生物碱类、挥发油类等化合物,具有抗菌、抗病毒、抗肿瘤、抗滴虫、保肝等药理活性.对千里光的化学成分、药理作用的研究进展进行了简要综述,以期为千里光进一步合理利用提供参考.
