毒死蜱在甘蓝和土壤中的残留消解动态研究

Abstract
用气相色谱法建立了毒死蜱在甘蓝及土壤中的残留检测方法,前处理采用乙腈振荡提取,并利用GC-FPD进行检测.毒死蜱在甘蓝和土壤中的最低检测浓度为0.01 mg/kg,最小检出量为1.0×10-11 g.在甘蓝和土壤中的添加水平为0.01～0.1 mg/kg的条件下,毒死蜱的平均回收率在85.37％～118.85％之间,相对标准偏差在2.88％～10.81％之间,试验结果表明,毒死蜱在甘蓝和土壤中的半衰期分为2.52 d和2.45 d,属易降解农药.
