Abstract
目的:筛选玫瑰茄色素微波提取的最佳方案.方法:本研究通过单因素试验和正交试验对玫瑰茄色素的提取工艺进行筛选和优化.结果:在微波提取功率为500w,温度为50℃,温度爬升时间为3 min的条件下,得到微波提取的最优方案为提取溶剂pH为1.0,提取时间120s,料液比1∶25 g/mL,结论:该方法提取玫瑰茄得率高,工艺准确可行.
