Abstract
本论文首次对苦木科苦木属植物苦木进行化学成分研究.采用硅胶、ODS和凝胶等多种柱层析方法,结果从该植物中分离得到两个化合物,并通过质谱和核磁共振技术与文献值对比的方法鉴定化合物为:(Ⅰ)Quassin和(Ⅱ)Kusulactone.两个化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到.
