Abstract
为了研究华夏鸢尾中乙酸乙酯层化学成分,本实验以华夏鸢尾为原材料.采用硅胶、ODS和凝胶等多种柱层析方法,结果从该植物中分离得到两个化合物,并通过质谱和核磁共振技术与文献值对比的方法鉴定化合物分别为22,23-epoxyiridal(I)和β-谷甾醇(II),其中化合物I为首次从该植物中分离得到.
