Abstract
本文采用试管法和滴板法研究铜-没食子酸配合物的对金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌的抑菌作用.结果表明,铜(Ⅱ)-没食子酸配合物对金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌均有抑制作用,且对前者抑制作用比后者强;对金黄色葡萄球菌的最小抑菌浓度为0.0313mg/mL,最小杀菌浓度为0.250mg/mL;对白色念珠菌的最小抑菌浓度为1.00mg/mL,最小杀菌浓度为2.00mg/mL.
