新型纳米级乳膏的处方研究

Abstract
目的:制备乳粒为纳米级的纳米乳膏.方法:通过油相组成的筛选、混合乳化剂的筛选以及绘制伪三元相图确定微乳区,确立纳米乳膏的最终处方.结果:选取水相和油相(6∶1)共占60%,乳化剂Cremophor EL为25%,辅助乳化剂为15%为最终处方.其中油相为单硬脂酸甘油酯:硬脂酸:液体石蜡(4∶2∶1,w/w/w),水相为水:甘油(20∶1,w/w),制得的乳膏中乳粒的平均粒径为115.7 nm.结论:通过处方筛选,我们制得的乳膏其乳粒的粒径位于纳米级水平.
