Abstract
研究了TritonX-100(TX-100)对罗丹明6G(Rh6G)共振荧光(RF)的增强作用和“Rh6G-TX-100-KBrO3-HCHO-H+”体系的共振荧光特性,建立一种高灵敏度和高选择性的催化共振荧光法测定痕量甲醛.在H2SO4介质中,HCHO能催化KBrO3氧化Rh6G,使Rh6G的共振荧光强度减弱,在545 nm处得到最大共振荧光峰值,甲醛浓度在0.100至4.50 μg/L范围内荧光强度改变值(△F)与甲醛浓度有良好线性关系,其回归方程为△F=438.4c(μg/L)+561.0,r=0.9990.检出限为0.038 μg/L,回收率96.0%~106.4%.该方法仪器设备简单,试剂成本低,特异性好,可用于实际样品中甲醛含量的测定,结果满意.
