尼龙稳定剂的合成与性能研究

Abstract
采用间苯二甲酰氯和2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶胺在常压下加热反应合成了尼龙稳定剂N,N'-双(2,2,6,6-四甲基-4-哌啶基)-1,3-苯二甲酰胺,考察了反应温度、反应时间对产物产率的影响以及产品对尼龙产品的力学性能影响.研究表明,在反应温度15～30℃之间,反应时间1h条件下合成的产率为83.5％,且添加在尼龙产品中能对其力学性能有明显提高.
