Abstract
目的:了解面条及其原料小麦粉、小麦原粒中硼的本底含量,为科学监管提供依据.方法:在深圳深圳市各超市、集贸市场及个体经营商店采集了产自全国各地的样品共计70份,用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法检测样品中硼含量.结论:小麦原粒的硼含量相对最高,其本底含量为0.74 mg/kg(干基),其次是小麦粉,面条最低,本底含量分别为0.40 mg/kg(以干基计)、0.22 mg/kg(以干基计);面条的本底建议值为1.56mg/kg(以干基计).
