Abstract
目的:研究黄芪黄精配伍对多糖成分含量的影响.方法:分别提取黄芪、黄精、芪精配伍中的多糖,利用0.2%蒽酮-浓硫酸显色法测定多糖含量,并进行比较分析.结果:配伍中多糖的含量与黄芪和黄精相比都有所增加.结论:芪精配伍对多糖类成分含量的变化有影响.
