Abstract
用苯乙烯和丙烯腈对己二酸系聚酯多元醇进行改性,考察了中间体用量、反应温度和引发剂用量对改性聚酯多元醇的影响.以改性聚酯多元醇(或改性前的聚酯多元醇)、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、丁二醇等为原料,制备了密度分别为0.4 g/cm3和0.5 g/cm3的微孔聚氨酯弹性体试片,对比改性前后聚酯多元醇制得的试片性能.结果 表明,采用改性聚酯多元醇可有效提高弹性体的硬度、撕裂强度、断裂伸长率等.
