Abstract
采用低膨胀相材料、化学稳定性强的基相材料及其它辅助相材料为主要原料,采用压力注浆成型,自然干燥,常压烧结工艺制备铅基压电陶瓷承烧板.研究晶相组成、显微结构对烧银承烧板使用寿命的影响.结果表明:在最佳工艺条件下可制备热膨胀系数α(室温~800℃)=2.81×10-6 ℃-1,抗弯强度151.6 MPa,抗热震性△T≥400℃不裂的陶瓷承烧器具,用作铅基压电陶瓷被银后烧银(700 ~ 850℃)承烧板,其使用寿命超过150次.
