Abstract
本文采用固体酸H-8为催化剂,以氯乙酸和乙醇为原料,不使用苯、甲苯、环己烷等带水剂,实现了合成氯乙酸乙酯的固定床工艺连续化生产.最佳合成工艺温度70℃,氯乙酸质量空速1.0 h-1,酸醇摩尔比1∶2.0,酯化率可达80％.催化剂连续运转200 h,活性没有降低.
