Abstract

本文研究了“双胺法”H酸合成路线中1,8-二硝基-3,6-萘二磺酸催化加氢制备1,8-二氨基-3,6-萘二磺酸,主要考察了反应温度、压力、底物浓度及介质pH对加氢反应的影响.结果表明,最佳反应温度、压力、底物浓度分别为120℃、1.2 MPa、0.35 (g/g),介质pH为7.5.在此条件下,得到1,8-二氨基-3,6-萘二磺酸摩尔收率达到了95％以上.
