Abstract
利用失重法,借助高温高压H2S/CO2腐蚀反应釜,研究了铁基非晶涂层在CO2/Cl-共存介质中的高温高压腐蚀行为.采用正交实验法,分析了温度、CO2分压、流速和Cl-浓度对铁基非晶涂层耐蚀性的影规律.结果表明:温度是影响铁基非晶涂层腐蚀速率的首要因素;高温高压条件下,非晶涂层的主要失效形式为基体与涂层结合处产生的缝隙腐蚀.
